Despite it's name, 'Red Pygmy' is not a dwarf, although it is still a small tree. Growing to about 10' tall and perhaps as wide, 'Red Pygmy' is one of the best of the linearilobum types.
Red or maroon leaves in the spring can change depending on sun exposure. Trees in sun will take on more bronze and green tones, which actually makes a delighful contrast on the tree. With less than full day sun however, leaves may be more of a purplish-red.
