Shipping calculations are back on track again with our 3rd party app that connects with our store and with our courier. Thank goodness!

I would still recommend HOWEVER, that you contact me with any mixed orders that include 1 gallon XL or 1 gallon XXL. Why? Because there are limitations with our shipping app and it has been tough to make these blended orders calculate shipping accurately. As business grows, we can upgrade the level of the app and eliminate some of the limitations. Furthermore, we are dealing with some larger box sizes and it's important to determine what will fit. Orders with 1 gallon and 2 gallon are fine to go ahead and order online as usual.

I just ordered our old small sized boxes. If you watched our YouTube video recently about the different boxes we have there's an explanation on that there. This will reduce shipping costs of 1-2 quantities of 1 gallon trees to Ontario and points farther east.
